By accessing this website, booking a session, or participating in coaching services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

 

1. Services Provided

Jennifer Underwood provides life coaching services focused on personal development, relationships, boundaries, communication, self-awareness, and life direction.

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice and is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Coaching involves self-reflection and personal responsibility.

You understand that results are not guaranteed.

You agree to show up honestly and participate actively in the process.

Coaching is collaborative — not directive or prescriptive.

3. Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment

You understand and agree that:

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Coaching is not crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health emergency, you agree to seek immediate help from a licensed professional or emergency services.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction.

Exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion.

5. Fees & Payment

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Fees are non-refundable once a session has occurred.

Package purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Prices may change at any time; existing packages will be honored at the purchased rate.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

The coach reserves the right to terminate services if:

Coaching is no longer appropriate

Boundaries are violated

Payment terms are not met

Client behavior is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate

No refunds are required upon termination unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including:

Risk of harm to self or others

Abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable person

Court order or legal obligation

Life coaching is not protected by therapist-client privilege.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, worksheets, and coaching frameworks are the intellectual property of Jennifer Underwood and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Misuse this website or its content

Attempt unauthorized access

Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes

Content is provided for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The coach is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching.
